Playoff Payoff is a free fantasy football platform focused on the NFL playoffs. Users can create and join leagues, draft players, and compete based on real-world player performance.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated means to access the service

5. League Conduct

League commissioners are responsible for managing their leagues fairly. We reserve the right to remove users who abuse the platform or other users.

Playoff Payoff and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

NFL team names, logos, and player data are property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Sleeper API for player data. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
